Christian Education

Every Sunday from September to June, children attend Sunday School where they learn about the Bible and Christianity in an atmosphere that is safe, child-friendly and fun. We currently employ one regular Sunday School teacher, but also require assistants to help the teacher ensure the safety of the children and comply with the SafeChurch policies of the Diocese of Calgary.

Children age 3 and up are welcome. There is a prescribed curriculum, which follows the Anglican Church Calendar.

Time Commitment

The Sunday School meets during the 10:30 am Eucharist.

Special Skills

A passion for teaching the faith is essential. Teachers and assistants must be experienced in dealing with young children and need to be comfortable with a wide range of ages.  

All teachers and assistants need to have a Police Information Check, and an Vulnerable Sector Check.
